Each product undergoes a meticulous Quality Inspection Process before we send it out. This is to ensure you receive only the best from us.
Before you make a purchase, please make sure to check your measurements carefully. Since sizing varies across different items, we recommend looking at the size charts on our product pages for guidance. If you come across a product without a size chart, do not hesitate to reach out to us via the "Chat" feature for real-time assistance.
Should you find yourself with an item that is defective, damaged, not in the size you ordered, or not what you were expecting, we encourage you to contact our customer support team at your earliest convenience. We promise to provide you with a resolution within 1 working day. It's important to note that returns or exchanges without the issues mentioned above will not be processed unconditionally.
For returns, items must be sent back to us. We will process your return and issue a refund within 10 working days after receiving the item(s). Please understand that shipping fees are not refundable as they represent the cost of shipping service. Our return policy is valid for 15 days after your purchase, after which our services will no longer be available.
Return Guidelines
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories cannot be refunded or returned.
All custom items are made based on your specific measurements and requirements, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
All prom dresses,wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are thoughtfully made by hand and involve high production costs, thus they're final sale and can’t be returned or refunded. (If you notice small issues like loose threads or minor stitching problems, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.).
Before shipping your return, please inform our customer service team of the reasons for the return.
Returned packages must be in good condition, with the products unworn and unused. We will not accept damaged, washed, or altered items.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Purchases made with coupons are not eligible for return or exchange. If you used a coupon along with another form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.
How to Process a Return
- Initiate your return by contacting our Customer Service team. Your message should include: Your Account Email Address, A Detailed Description of the Issue, Your Request, and Photos for Evidence.
- Wait for our confirmation before you send back your order.
- Ship the returning package to the address we provide, then inform us of the tracking number via email.
- We will process a refund automatically within 10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
*Please be aware that not all requests for returns are automatically approved. We advise you to review our detailed Refund and Return Policy to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.
Getting in Touch
For any assistance, start by providing your order account email address and order number. Then, describe your issue in detail. For items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described, kindly provide us with clear photographic or video evidence. Make sure to confirm all return details via email with our Customer Service team before you dispatch any items.
*Please note: At present, we do not provide a free return service, meaning the return and exchange shipping fees will be your responsibility. To ensure a successful return process, we recommend using a standard shipping service that offers tracking.
Timeline for Resolution
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we require 5 business days to process your case. A refund will then be issued automatically within the next 10 working days.
